Patented Hammer Strut Support (R) for Ruger MK pistols.  Fits all Mk III and Mk II pistols, except it will not fit any 22/45 models, or the new MK IV. 
 
It fits most but not all, Ruger Standard and MK I pistols.  Check compatibility page for all Ruger Standard and MK I pistols.  Fitting problems are known for those manufactured 1965 to 1975.
